We are looking for a talented person who is ready to take the challenge and step into journey as New Grad Scrum Master. You will be responsible for driving the teams agile process, which directly impacts the speed and quality of our products.

What will be your task at this position?

· Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Program Increment Planning)

· Effectively build self-organization within the Scrum Team, help the team to remove any impediments

· Facilitate internal and external communication and effective collaboration

· Help Product Owner to handle backlogs effectively

· Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers to ensure the organization’s standards

· Actively participate within Agile Centre of Practice

What do we expect from a suitable candidate?

Minimum Qualification:

· Familiar with software development

· Familiar with Agile software methodologies – SCRUM / SAFe

· English level – Upper Intermediate B2+

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Organizational skills

· Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

· Ability to analyze, visualize and report data

· Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)

Additional Qualification (not required, but nice to have):

· Degree in Computer Science or a related field
